84kg

wow wow.... i am so excited now!! Yesterday i was still thinking if i could even go down to 84 within this week.... cause been stuck at 85/86 for awhile.... Finally this morning after my run... i at first saw 85.3kg... was a bit disappointed... then i pull my weighting scale out from the wall to have a better stand... then bingo... i got 84.7.. didn't believe it and went to check again... wahaha... still 84.7 so finally i have hit the 84mark... its been a long long while since i seen myself at 84... looks like i lave lost those weight that i have gain during CNY and hopefully Christmas's weight will be gone by next month...

Looking at my progress i am expecting to hit maybe 80 by end of june... lets hope i really loose fats and not mass.... =)

On Track....

Ok its been almsot 3 weeks since i started my determination to loose weight, and i think results are showing now. I started off with 91kg and started to force myself to jog every morning. At first it was a torture of 15mins... but later i manage to increase it to 30mins and now i am at 45mins. Planning to increase it to 1hr when i get more comfortable with 45mins hee.. I have tried to make swimming with roger every Friday a compulsory and decided if possible I would throw in a few more afternoon swimming sessions when i felt motivated to drive there.

Food intake has been also been controlled, but i find myself a bit staving at times. I would try to keep to my 3 meals a day or having breakfast and lunch together. But this is not too gd, might have to figure something out. But i did notice by eating those take away food, my weight can be still maintained. So i guess my dad's term of "you can eat anything as long you exercise" is very valid.

So well today i manage to hit an all low 86.8kg which is gd cause i am able to keep to my "loosing 5kg in the first 1mth's" aim. After that i believe i should loose at least 2 to 3kg per mth. But of course the more the better. Was aiming to loose till 80kg... But at this rate i told myself.. why stop at 80 (which was an old target i was trying to hit) but aim for 75kg instead. So yeah another 11kg more to loose.

I hope by the end of this i can really get rid of this spare tire once and for all. Its time for a new me and good bye to the old me. Of course its for the Better and not for the worst. I am excited to see how i would be in the next 5mths... as i have decided to go on a restructured program. So yeah.... If any of you out there that needs encouragement to loose weight, can talk to me.. i am gd at making you feel bad for eating junk haha.. joking but will encourage you in ways that encouraged myself.

New Beginning

Ok, its been 2yrs since i seriously post something here. Well i finally decided to come back here again to give some updates of myself and might even use it to gauge myself from the current to the future me.

I Have a great 2009 with friends that i manage to get close with and knowing they would be there for me if i need them. Didn't achieve much in 2009 actually... i would call it my honeymoon period i guess. It was quite a bad yr in working life for me... since I have a hard time finding a job that suits my profession of a Computer system engineer.

So 2010 finally came... Started to wake up from honeymoon period.. My "gang" wasn't that active anymore as they all had other commitments or they just moved on with other friends. It was a bit sad but i tried very hard to keep them together. Although i failed but i still manage to meet up with them on a individual basis. which was better then nothing.

Life isn't always a bed of roses, you will get ups and down... last yr i hit a down and decided that this year i should make it an up. Things started to change and i had to change my profession also.
Went for IT classes to get my certs which i should do the exams soon. In terms of life, i also decided to start making changes, as i felt very soft after a yr of honeymoon.

So yeah... i am still coming up with my list... but for now i would like to aim for the bottom few which i also listed out on the side
  1. Loose weight till 75kg (never done before so its going to be fun and tough)
  2. Learn the guitar (finally started and would like to keep a constant practice with it)
  3. Make a changing impact on myself (time to get serious and improve the old me is gd... but the new me will be even better, if that happens haha)
  4. Clear my Microsoft exams
  5. Get a job (seriously i cannot bum around at home all day)
  6. Throw out stuffs that I don't really need out of my room (room is filling up with garbage time to throw stuffs out)
Thats all for now.. Will add on the list when I think of anything.
So yeah I will try to keep this blog active, although i doubt anyone reads it anyway but at least it keeps a record that I did exist =)

Back again
